We have been fast at work preparing for the up coming TCS season and are pleased to annonce the dates, rules, formats, and guide lines for 2010. Everything is now posted on the www.tamiya.ca site under the TCS section. You will see some changes and we are pleased to have the season starting sooner with the 1st race happening November 8th 2009!!!!! Last year was a greatly attended season, thanks to you! We listened to the comments and concerns of racers and made some changes. Cant wait to get 2010 under way! Get ready,cause the 1st race will be here before you know it! Posts: 466 September 28, 2009 9:04 AM Moderator	I have had some questions about the tire rules for 2010. The vent holes in particular, for those of you that want to use up last years tires over the 1st few races that's ok. We will not enforce the standard size vent holes till the mid point of the season. I would suggest following the new rules on any new sets, to see how the car reacts over a race distance. Bodies: GT1 drivers may use there B4 Subaru bodies for the first 2 races (Nov 9th, Dec 6th). This will give racers more time to decide and figure out which body they want to switch too. The Feb 21st race you will need to be prepared! Suprised, no comments about the 2010 season? More races, little rule changes, cost cutting measures?

Posts: 35 September 29, 2009 11:28 PM	Hey Tom, Please reconsider the amount of drivers to pre register into the Nitro Class. I think having 8 drivers is asking a lot...Most of us Nitro Drivers anticipate running this class as our prime class. For example every year...we wait until the actual summer season to run it (which is typically 4 event venues) and we supported this class as well as the other classes we run. No nitro driver only runs this class. It would be ashame to punish us if we only show with 4 guys (I realize you are about saving time on race days)...All Nitro drivers run this class and MINIMUM another one...As for spectators excitment is in the nitro class cause it really shows what this cars can do. Posts: 5 October 4, 2009 10:38 AM	I am happy there will be more chaces to qualify and the seasons done for the summer months. Going to be time consuming checking everyones Lipo batteries prior to race but I understand. Just to confirm. No FDR limit of 5.6 this year for GT2?

Posts: 468 October 14, 2009 11:49 AM Moderator	Hey Guys, sorry for the delay in reply. We will hold the Max FDR ratio of 5.6 for 2010. Remember this is not a fixed ratio, you can gear down if you choose.

Posts: 474 October 20, 2009 10:26 AM Moderator	Hey guys, I have updated the 2010 rules with the Final drive ratio listed, as well as the TG10 GT rules changed to a minium of 5 people required instead of the 8 listed before. I have also listed the sign-ups for the first 5 rounds of the 2010 series! 1st race is only a few weeks away!
